Job Title: Program Delivery Associate

Locations: Bauchi, Ekiti, Lagos, Niger, Ondo, and Taraba
Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary

  • The Program Delivery Associate will be responsible for supporting the implementation, coordination, and monitoring of program activities in line with project objectives and donor requirements.
  • The role requires a proactive and organized individual who can effectively liaise with partners, communities, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of program activities according to approved work plans and budgets.
  • Work closely with State Teams and program partners to ensure smooth implementation and achievement of program targets.
  • Conduct routine field visits to monitor activity progress, identify challenges, and propose corrective actions.
  • Collect, analyze, and report program data in line with monitoring and evaluation (M&E) frameworks.
  • Prepare timely progress reports, field updates, and success stories for internal and donor reporting.
  • Support community engagement and stakeholder coordination to ensure effective program participation and sustainability.
  • Assist in organizing trainings, workshops, and sensitization sessions across project locations.
  • Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to ensure program expenditures are aligned with approved budgets.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of program activities, reports, and correspondence.
  • Support audits, evaluations, and other learning processes by ensuring the availability of required program documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Health, Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years relevant experience in program implementation or coordination within the NGO or development sector.
  • Strong understanding of project cycle management, community engagement, and donor-funded project operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to prepare concise and clear reports.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with M&E tools and data systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and multi-sectoral environment.
  • High level of professionalism, accountability, and adaptability.
  • Must be willing to relocate and reside in either Ondo or Bauchi State throughout the contract duration.

Salary
N350,000 – N450,000 Monthly.
