Job Summary Cooperazione Internazionale (COOPI), in partnership with the World Food Programme (WFP) and KFW, is seeking a skilled EMAP Assistant to implement the Engaging Men through Accountable Practice (EMAP) methodology in Potiskum, Yobe. Key Responsibilities and Deliverables The EMAP Assistant will be responsible for the sensitive and structured delivery of the EMAP curriculum and its integration into the WFP-funded resilience project. 1. EMAP Session Implementation and Fidelity Curriculum Delivery: Facilitate structured EMAP sessions with both male and female participants, ensuring strict adherence to the proprietary EMAP curriculum and methodology to achieve desired learning outcomes. Demonstrated knowledge and practical application experience with the EMAP model or a similar recognized structured behavioral change approach. Experience working with community-based structures and local authorities in the North-East Nigeria context.
