Action Against Hunger | ACF International, a global humanitarian organization committed to ending world hunger, works to save the lives of malnourished children while providing communities with access to safe water and sustainable solutions to hunger.

Action Against Hunger tackles the causes and effects of hunger and diseases that threaten the lives of vulnerable children, women and men.

Established in France in 1979, Action Against Hunger is a non-governmental, non-political, non-religious, non-profit organisation.

Action Against Hunger in Nigeria intends to pre-qualify reliable contractors for its humanitarian programs in Nigeria for: Pre-Qualification Process for WASH – Drilling/Borehole Construction and Rehabilitation Work: FD-ABU-02421.

Bidding documents can be obtained by interested parties from the email address below clearly providing the following information: Company Name, Name of Chief Executive Officer of company, Company Address, Phone Number, Email, proof of Bidder’s geographical presence in the State for who his apply for is mandatory.

Location: Borno, Sokoto, Yobe

Delivery location categories as follows:

  • Zone 1: Sokoto State
  • Zone 2: Yobe State
  • Zone 3: Borno State

And Lot categories as follows:

  • Lot 1 – WASH-drilling/borehole construction work
  • Lot 2 – WASH-drilling/borehole rehabilitation work

Please clearly indicate the number of location applied for e.g. Zone 1, Zone 2 and Zone 3, if you are applying for all 3 delivery locations.

Submissions will be delivered in hard copy sealed envelopes to the Action Against Hunger Office in the zone you applied for. Electronic version will not be accepted.

The deadline for submission of offer is October 22 2025 at 5pm, local Nigerian time.

This process shall not be considered in any way as an offer or agreement with the contractor.

Contractors cannot pretend of any financial compensation for responding to this call.
