The Leprosy Mission Nigeria (TLMN) is a Christian Health and Development Organization working in partnerstiip with the Federal Ministry of Health and with the State Ministries of Health in 10 states (Akwa lbom, Kogi, Kwara, Niger, Sokoto, Zamfara, Kebbi Benue, Katsina Nasarawa and the FCT- Abuja) towards the eradication leprosy and the care/restoration of persons and communities affected by leprosy.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Orthopaedic Business Manager

Location: Abuja
Job type: Fixed-term contract

Key Responsibility

  • The Orthopaedic Business Manager will lead the strategic and operational management of the TLM-Nigeria Orthopaedic Workshop, driving financial sustainability, business growth, and client satisfaction.

Requirements
Interested candidates should have the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Entrepreneurship, Public Health, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of managerial experience within a social enterprise, healthcare facility, or related sector.
  • Must be willing to travel frequently to Minna and other states.
