Job Title: Program Manager

Summary
- We are expanding our impact and are seeking a highly competent Manager to lead and oversee all programme activities, donor engagement efforts, and social media communications.
Role Overview
- The Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership for the Foundation’s programmes.
- This role requires a passionate, organised, and driven professional who can manage the full programme cycle—from beneficiary selection to scholarship disbursement, reporting, partnership coordination, and digital visibility.
- The ideal candidate must be comfortable working with donors, managing community stakeholders, and using social media to showcase impact and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of all education support initiatives.
- Lead beneficiary identification, screening, and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate scholarship disbursements, school fee payments, and follow-up support.
- Build and sustain productive relationships with donors, partners, schools, and community groups.
- Manage the Foundation’s social media platforms and create compelling content to showcase impact.
- Develop annual programme plans, budgets, reports, and impact summaries.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct field visits to monitor beneficiaries and verify programme activities.
- Track programme outcomes through monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Education, Development Studies, NGO Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3years’ experience in programme management, NGO work, or development sector roles.
- Proven ability to engage donors, partners, and diverse stakeholders.
- Strong social media management skills (content creation, posting, and analytics).
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation abilities.
- Strong organisational, budgeting, and reporting skills.
- Integrity, empathy, and a passion for supporting children from low-income households.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities.
