Connected Development [CODE] is a non-government organization whose mission is to empower local communities in Africa. Through our Follow The Money project that advocate, visualize and tracks government spending in rural communities, we strengthen local communities by creating platforms for dialogue, enabling informed debate, and building capacities of marginalized communities which we envision bring about more transparency and accountability in government spending.

Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role based in Abuja for a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist. The Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist will be responsible for monitoring systems, providing technical assistance, conducting M&E (Monitoring & Evaluation) tasks, analyzing data, and utilizing statistical methods. The individual will work closely with the team to ensure effective tracking of project progress and impact.
Qualifications
- Experience in System Monitoring and providing Technical Assistance
- Proficiency in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) tasks
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience with Statistics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant experience in the non-governmental sector is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, or other relevant fields
