Job Title: Matron & Nurse Supervisor

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time
Hours: Flexible! Choose your day shift 2-3 times weekly (clinic open Mon-Fri @ 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

Job Detail

  • Are you an experienced Nurse with leadership experience, passionate about improving healthcare for low-income communities and looking to earn additional part-time income? This role may be for you!
  • We are seeking to employ Matron & Nurse Supervisor at a nonprofit clinic. The work schedule is Flexible; Choose your day shift 2-3 times weekly (clinic open Mon-Fri @ 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM).

Key Duties

  • Lead primary healthcare services, budgeting, and monitor RNs and auxiliary nurses to deliver quality health care
  • Manage and treat basic illnesses and educate patients (educate in pidgin or Yoruba as needed)
  • Use computers and the EMR system
  • Be kind, innovative, passionate, and work well with limited resources.

Requirements

  • RN Certification and license to practice in Lagos
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting, and at least 2 years of leadership/Matron experience
  • ⁠Experience with a foundation or nonprofit health program (volunteering experience welcome)
  • Deeply compassionate and kind, and wants to contribute towards helping the Surulere community.

Salary Range
N100,000 – N130,000 / Month for part-time work (2-3 days per week).
