Welcome to Myngojobs.com (the “Site”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the platform provided by CareerBridge Consulting LTD. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Myngojobs.com, you confirm your agreement to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using our services.

2. Use of the Site & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental consent to use this Site. You agree to use the Site only for lawful career-related purposes. Prohibited Activities include:

  • Misrepresenting your identity or credentials on a CV or application.

  • Scraping, hacking, or using automated systems to harvest job seeker data or job listings.

  • Posting fraudulent, defamatory, or offensive content.

  • Using the platform to solicit money from other users.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Site, its original content (excluding user-generated CVs), logos, and the “Myngojobs” brand are the exclusive property of CareerBridge Consulting LTD. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this Site without our express written permission.

4. User Accounts & Content

  • Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • Accuracy: You represent that all information provided in your profile or job application is truthful.

  • License: By uploading a CV or posting content, you grant CareerBridge Consulting LTD a non-exclusive right to display and process this information for the purpose of facilitating your job search or training.

5. Employment & Training Services

  • Job Board Role: Myngojobs acts as a venue for employers to post jobs and candidates to post CVs. We are not a party to the actual employment contract between the employer and the candidate.

  • Training Programs: CareerBridge Consulting LTD provides professional workshops and certifications. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee that third-party entities will recognize specific certifications unless explicitly stated.

  • No Agency: No employment, agency, or partnership is created between you and CareerBridge Consulting LTD by your use of the Site.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law:

  • CareerBridge Consulting LTD is not liable for the conduct of third-party employers or the accuracy of their job listings.

  • We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

  • We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of the Site or your reliance on information provided therein.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CareerBridge Consulting LTD, its directors, and employees from any claims or legal fees arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be referred to the competent courts in Nigeria (with jurisdiction centered in Katsina State or Abuja).

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
