Position Overview
Sydani is seeking qualified and passionate candidates to serve as LGA Supervisors. The successful candidates will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing community-led mobilization activities within their assigned Local Government Areas (LGAs).
The LGA Supervisors will play a key role in ensuring effective implementation of campaign activities, supervising field staff, and providing accurate and timely progress reports.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee all community mobilization activities within the assigned LGA.

Supervise and provide guidance to field staff to ensure quality and efficiency in implementation.

Monitor progress and ensure compliance with project timelines and standards.

Compile and submit timely, accurate reports and feedback from the field.

Participate actively in all pre-, intra-, and post-campaign review and coordination meetings.

Support communication between local stakeholders, the project team, and community structures.
Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum of NCE, ND, or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Public Health, Social Sciences, Nursing, Midwifery, CHEW LGA Supervisors at Sydani Initiative for International Developmentor related disciplines).

Proven experience in immunization, health campaigns, or community mobilization.

Must be resident within the LGA of interest (or nearby ward/community).

Strong coordination, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent reporting and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
