Position Overview

Sydani is seeking qualified and passionate candidates to serve as LGA Supervisors. The successful candidates will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing community-led mobilization activities within their assigned Local Government Areas (LGAs).

The LGA Supervisors will play a key role in ensuring effective implementation of campaign activities, supervising field staff, and providing accurate and timely progress reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee all community mobilization activities within the assigned LGA.

  • Supervise and provide guidance to field staff to ensure quality and efficiency in implementation.

  • Monitor progress and ensure compliance with project timelines and standards.

  • Compile and submit timely, accurate reports and feedback from the field.

  • Participate actively in all pre-, intra-, and post-campaign review and coordination meetings.

  • Support communication between local stakeholders, the project team, and community structures.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of NCE, ND, or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Public Health, Social Sciences, Nursing, Midwifery, CHEW LGA Supervisors at Sydani Initiative for International Developmentor related disciplines).

  • Proven experience in immunization, health campaigns, or community mobilization.

  • Must be resident within the LGA of interest (or nearby ward/community).

  • Strong coordination, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent reporting and documentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
