The Public and Private Development Centre (PPDC) is inviting applications from passionate, innovative, and detail-oriented individuals to join its Communications Team as interns across multiple specializations.

Role Overview
Selected interns will support PPDC’s communications initiatives by contributing to:
- Creation of compelling visual assets
- Strategic media and public relations campaigns
- Engaging written and digital content
- Digital branding and social media strategy
- Video production and multimedia storytelling
- Community engagement narratives and impact documentation
Interns will gain practical exposure to communication strategies, digital branding, storytelling, and advocacy within a development-focused organization.
Requirements
Candidates should possess:
- Relevant academic qualifications in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Graphic Design, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, Journalism, Political Science, Public Policy, or related fields
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking ability and attention to detail
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in relevant tools such as:
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Canva
- Video editing platforms
- Social media management tools
- Portfolio of previous work (where applicable)
- Ability to work on-site in Abuja
- Availability to start immediately (preferred)
For Policy and Research Writer Intern role:
- Strong research and analytical writing skills
- Ability to interpret policy documents and draft structured reports
