Job Title: Program Intern

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a Program Intern to support the planning and delivery of our programs. This role provides hands-on experience in program management, research, and youth-focused initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of our programs, events, and trainings.
  • Support program documentation, reporting, and monitoring activities.
  • Conduct research to support ongoing projects in youth development, entrepreneurship, and digital inclusion.
  • Assist in content creation for program communications such as reports, social media, and newsletters.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for workshops, summits, and webinars.

Requirements

  • Recently graduated from a degree program
  • Strong interest in youth empowerment, development, entrepreneurship, or innovation.
  • Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with digital tools.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong organizational skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
