Job Description

  • The Graduate Intern will provide administrative, financial, and operational support to project teams to ensure smooth and efficient program implementation.
  • This role offers a valuable opportunity for young graduates to gain hands-on experience working within the development and humanitarian sector while contributing to meaningful community impact initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day program operations and assist in coordinating project activities.
  • Maintain and update records, reports, and program documentation.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, trainings, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Provide clerical and logistical support to program and finance teams.
  • Participate in data collection, entry, and preliminary analysis for reporting purposes.
  • Support communication and correspondence with partners, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with procurement documentation, payment processing, and filing.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and donor requirements.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the State Team Lead or Supervisor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Social Sciences, Accounting, Management, or related disciplines.
  • 0–1 year of work experience (prior internship or volunteer experience in the NGO sector is an advantage).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Eagerness to learn and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • High level of integrity, discipline, and attention to detail.

Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
