Job Title: Fundraising Coordinator

Summary

  • We are seeking a passionate and motivated Fundraising Coordinator to join our team at UCEP.
  • This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about community development and skilled at building donor relationships to support impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Identify, engage, and manage relationships with donors, partners, and sponsors.
  • Coordinate fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives (both online and offline).
  • Research potential funding opportunities and prepare compelling proposals.
  • Maintain accurate records of donations, pledges, and donor communications.
  • Work closely with the communications team to develop fundraising materials.
  • Provide regular reports on fundraising progress to management.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3 – 6 years experience in fundraising, donor relations, or nonprofit development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or donor management tools is an advantage.
  • Passion for community development and making a positive impact.
