We achieve this through three-pronged approaches: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Capacity Development, and Welfare.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Ondo Town, Ondo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Establish and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders through effective communication
  • Manage and maintain office supplies
  • Assist with organizing events as required
  • Run errands for the organization.

Responsibilities

  • The applicant will be responsible for the management of the day to day activities of the organization
  • Manage office registers and supplies
  • Ensure visitors sign visitors register and manage petty cash account.

Requirements

  • Candidates with HND, NCE or Bachelor’s Degree can apply.
  • The applicant must be proficient in Microsoft packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentation.
  • The applicant must reside within Ondo town and must be ready to resume a week after interview.
