Job Summary

What You’ll Do
- Keep our books clean: maintain accurate and timely financial records for all projects.
- Support project budgets: track, monitor, and report on program expenditures.
- Assist in preparing financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) for management and donors.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage cash transactions in line with policy.
- Ensure compliance with donor guidelines, internal policies, and financial best practices.
- Work with program staff to make sure every Naira is accounted for transparently.
- Help strengthen internal controls and promote accountability across the organisation.
What We’re Looking For
- A Degree / HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of accounting/finance experience (internship/volunteer work counts!).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (knowledge of accounting software is a plus).
- Familiarity with NGO financial systems or donor compliance is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and committed to transparency.
- A problem-solver who’s eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic NGO environment.
