Our mission is to build the resilience of communities by fostering self-reliant empowerment activities, particularly for women and girls and other vulnerable members of society. Through our interventions, we aim to promote better health outcomes, social inclusion, and sustainable development.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Finance Manager

Location: Maiduguri, Borno
Employment Type: Contract

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, donor regulations, and legal requirements.
• Prepare financial statements, expenditure reports, and budget variance analysis.
• Monitor cash flow, financial transactions, and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure audit preparedness.
• Provide financial guidance to program teams and senior management.
• Supervise and mentor finance staff.
