PICLEHDEST is a registered Non-Profit, Non-Governmental Organization providing solutions to the challenges of poor Leadership, inadequate Human Development and slow Societal Transformation in Africa. We are a team of enthusiasts who believe we can make things better, and we are indeed making things better with our intellectual, moral and financial resources. We provide interventions and initiatives, design, deploy and execute systems that aid to alleviate the human development challenges around Africa which is our primary catchment area.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: Nigeria (Remote)

Job Summary
- We are looking for highly motivated and dedicated Data Analyst who need experience and are willing to volunteer their skill to join our Project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, process, and clean raw data from multiple sources for analysis.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze trends and patterns to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Data Visualization: Create dashboards, charts, and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to communicate findings effectively.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and presentations to summarize key data insights.
- Database Management: Assist in organizing and maintaining databases for efficient storage and retrieval of information.
- Process Optimization: Support teams in using data to improve efficiency, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and optimize strategies.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure data-driven approaches in decision-making.
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BSc), Higher National Diploma (HND), or Master’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or related fields.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Python, R, Power BI, or Tableau for data analysis.
- Ability to interpret and present complex data in a clear and compelling manner.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Understanding of statistical concepts and data modeling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for societal transformation and data-driven decision-making.
