HAAF is an NGO registered with government regulatory bodies both at national, state and local level. the organization is characterized by holistic and data driven to education, protection and community development by integrating humanitarian, development and peace (HDP) into our educational focus.

We are recruiting five (5) community data collectors representing the following constituencies:
- 2 Persons Living with HIV (PLHIV) – nominated by NEPWHAN State Office
- 1 Key Population (KP) – nominated by State KP Secretariat
- 1 Adolescent/Young Person (AYP) – open application
- 1 General Population (GP)– open application
Minimum Requirements:
Criteria Description
- Education OND/NCE/HND/B.Sc. minimum preferred
- Digital Literacy Able to use a smartphone or tablet and complete digital forms
- Community Knowledge Familiarity with local service delivery points and community structures
- Data Collection Experience At least 1 year in M&E, surveys, or health program monitoring
- Language Skills Ability to speak the local language and write in basic English
- Community Affiliation Must be recognized in your constituency (PLHIV, KP, AYP)
- Availability Willing to travel and work across service points in Borno State
- Passion for Advocacy Strong interest in health rights and community empowerment
