Job Title: Caregiver

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking to employ a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for working with children and be committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for our residents.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily care and supervision for children of various ages.
  • Assist with feeding, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
  • Support children’s emotional, educational, and social development.
  • Organize recreational, educational, and developmental activities.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff to ensure the well-being of all children.
  • Report concerns about health, safety, or behaviour to management promptly.

Requirements

  • Must be a female.
  • Must reside in or around Ikorodu, Lagos.
  • Previous experience in childcare, caregiving, or a related field.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, patience, and empathy.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with children and staff.
  • Basic knowledge of first aid and child safety (training can be provided).
  • Flexible and able to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
