Grassroot Initiative for Strengthening Community Resilience (GISCOR) is a national humanitarian and developmental organization that is non-governmental, non-profit, and non-political currently actively presence in the North-Eastern and Northwestern part of Nigeria geared towards strengthening the resilience of affected population due to conflict and natural disasters.

The organization has been actively implementing a wide range of humanitarian and development projects across Northeast Nigeria for over a decade. Our interventions in Borno, Yobe, Adamawa, Sokoto, Katsina, and Zamfara States focus on reducing vulnerability, promoting resilience, and making a lasting positive impact in conflict-affected and underserved communities.
GISCOR Nigeria is currently engaging new vendors to be pre-qualified and included in its suppliers’ database for the provision of goods, works, and services. Interested and eligible vendors are invited to apply for prequalification, clearly indicating the category(ies) of goods, works, or services they wish to be considered for. Vendors applying for more than one category should clearly state this in their Application for Vendor

Pre-Qualification Criteria
Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Legal status of the business (Certificate of Incorporation, Business Registration, etc.)
- Evidence of tax compliance and relevant licenses/permits
- Demonstrated experience and technical capacity in the chosen category
- Availability of qualified personnel with valid identification
- Sound financial position and proof of past performance (where applicable)

Interested vendors should submit a detailed Company Profile/Proposal, clearly indicating the Lot(s) under which they wish to be prequalified.

All applications must be submitted on or before 25th November 2025 (5:00 PM Nigerian Time).
