Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lead-generation strategies to attract potential clients and partners.
- Manage and optimize CRM tools to track leads, nurture prospects, and streamline sales processes.
- Design and oversee sales funnel creation, ensuring an efficient conversion pipeline from awareness to engagement.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, organizations, and businesses to enhance program impact.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies, leveraging digital and content marketing techniques to drive awareness.
- Create compelling content for landing pages, sales presentations, and marketing campaigns.
- Write and present business proposals to potential partners and funding organizations.
- Plan and manage campaigns across various digital platforms, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertisements.
- Oversee and refine social media strategy to align with lead generation and engagement goals.
- Collaborate with senior consultants and multifunctional teams to ensure strategic alignment and high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor and analyze business development metrics, and report insights to optimize strategies for growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales funnel management, and CRM optimization.
- Strong expertise in marketing strategy, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and automation systems.
- Hands-on experience in developing partnerships and maintaining long-term business relationships.
- Ability to write persuasive business proposals and sales presentations.
- Knowledge of campaign management, including paid and organic digital strategies.
- Strong social media strategy skills to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a multifunctional team environment with senior consultants and lead professionals.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to drive economic empowerment initiatives through strategic business development.
