About the Role

The Associate will provide technical and operational support for global health and development programmes implemented across Nigeria. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing projects, leading data-driven analysis, supporting stakeholder engagement, and contributing to organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day project and organizational activities
  • Lead data gathering, analysis, and interpretation
  • Develop structured presentations, technical reports, and actionable recommendations
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of project teams
  • Drive stakeholder engagement through effective communication and negotiation
  • Contribute to operational and strategic planning processes

Requirements

Applicants must possess:

  • Minimum of a Second Class Upper Bachelor’s Degree in:
    • International Development
    • Public Health or Medicine
    • Health Management
    • Economics
    • STEM-related fields
    • Finance or related disciplines
  • Minimum of five (5) years progressive experience in global health or international development
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders
