About the Role
The Associate will provide technical and operational support for global health and development programmes implemented across Nigeria. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing projects, leading data-driven analysis, supporting stakeholder engagement, and contributing to organizational growth.
This role requires strong analytical capability, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate in complex multi-stakeholder environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day project and organizational activities
- Lead data gathering, analysis, and interpretation
- Develop structured presentations, technical reports, and actionable recommendations
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of project teams
- Drive stakeholder engagement through effective communication and negotiation
- Contribute to operational and strategic planning processes
Requirements
Applicants must possess:
- Minimum of a Second Class Upper Bachelor’s Degree in:
- International Development
- Public Health or Medicine
- Health Management
- Economics
- STEM-related fields
- Finance or related disciplines
- Minimum of five (5) years progressive experience in global health or international development
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders
Added Advantage
- Prior management consulting experience
