Job Title: Assistant Manager, Sales and Marketing

Job Summary
- The Foremost Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Africa (respected globally) is sourcing for a resourceful and result-oriented Assistant Manager, Sales and Marketing, to its formidable Business Education Services and Training team.
- The Job holder is to drive the sales of the Business Education Services and Training services, generate leads, build clients’ relationships, meet targets set by the Director or exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer needs.
Main responsibilities
- Developing and implementing strategies that align with the sales and marketing functions of the Business Education Services and Training.
- Develop Business Data Bank, Market all training programs and services of the BEST Department.
- Source for funding of training projects through sponsorship from organizations and donor agencies.
- Increase BEST Department’s revenue through effective marketing and execution of projects.
- Coordinates other collaborative projects with relevant bodies.
- Provide support services to other members of the BEST team.7. Create campaigns, training services, promotions, and events to generate leads.
- Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor actions to improve strategies.
- Carry out other assigned responsibilities by the Director.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, social science or other disciplines.
- Relevant professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
- 6 -9 years cognate experience.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Creative, adaptable, and results-oriented
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
- Ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure.
