Sim Impacting Lives Foundation is an independent, non-governmental and non-profit organization established by a woman with immense passion in the humanitarian and development sector with experiences in different sectors to promote Girls, women and children capacity development and provide opportunities for the vulnerable and less privileged in the society. It is a registered foundation under Nigerian law, registered as a corporate organization with Corporate Affairs Commission in Abuja. SILF is involved in different areas of work to promote the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. The areas of focus include but are not limited to, Poverty, zero hunger, health, education, clean water and sanitation, gender equality, research, environment and climate change, girls’ and women’s empowerment, and Social and Economic Advancement. We promote and secure vulnerable and marginalized Girls, children, and women by providing them with opportunities and making them initiative and capable through result-oriented research and programmes.
We are recruiting:
Position: HR & Admin Officer at Sim Impacting Lives Foundation
Location: Abuja (Applicants must reside in Karu, Kurudu, Nyanya, or Orozo)
Sim Impacting Lives Foundation (SILF) is a registered non-profit organization committed to transforming lives through public health, nutrition, humanitarian response, and empowerment programs. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated HR & Admin Officer to join our team in Abuja.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day human resources and administrative operations.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Maintain staff records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Oversee office administration, logistics, and supplies.
- Provide HR and administrative support to SILF projects and programs.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant HR and administrative experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must reside in Karu, Kurudu, Nyanya, or Orozo (Abuja).
