Lovereigns Heritage Foundation is an NGO keenly focused on combating poverty and illiteracy and also promoting good health for all people. We are focused on enhancing a stable economic state by promoting women’s empowerment through entrepreneurship training, eradicating illiteracy in our society by providing educational opportunities for children from impoverished homes and the vulnerable as well as increase their access to learning thereby developing and strengthening their cognitive skills to better equip them for self-sustenance and also improving the wellbeing of those in our communities through medical mission.

Job Title: Administrative Officer

Job Description

  • CITIspeed Heritage Nursery and Primary School is seeking an Administrative Officer to support daily school operations and ensure an efficient, warm environment where staff and students thrive.

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills suited for a school environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools
  • Experience managing school logistics such as attendance, supplies, scheduling, and correspondence
  • Ability to interact with children, staff, and parents with warmth, professionalism, and patience
  • Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented in fast-paced situations

Minimum Requirements

  • OND, HND, or B.Sc in Administration, Education, or a related field
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in administrative roles (experience in a school environment is a strong advantage)
  • Must be resident in, or willing to relocate to, Abeokuta.
