We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: M&E Specialist

 

Locations: Maiduguri and Jere, Borno

Employment Type: Contract

Project Duration: 10 months

 

Overview

 

The M&E Officer designs and manages systems to track project progress, measure impact, ensure accountability, and support learning and adaptive management.

Key Responsibilities

 

The role develops M&E frameworks, oversees data collection and quality assurance, conducts evaluations, analyses data, prepares reports for management and donors, and builds staff capacity in M&E and accountability practices.

Qualifications & Experience

 

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Development Studies, or a related field is required, with strong technical skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
