Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Kano (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong skills in performance marketing, social media ads, and creative content design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on:
    • Google Ads
    • Facebook & Instagram Ads
    • Twitter Ads
    • TikTok Ads
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve the best ROI.
  • Create engaging ad creatives (static images, short videos, banners).
  • Develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and conversions.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Collaborate with the content and media team to ensure consistent branding.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in running paid ads on multiple platforms.
  • Strong understanding of targeting, retargeting, keyword research, and analytics.
  • Ability to create professional designs using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar.
  • Knowledge of online marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Experience in nonprofit sector is a plus (not required).

Work Arrangement:

  • This position can be remote or on-site, depending on the candidate’s preference.
  • We welcome applicants who wish to work from home or join us physically at our Kano office.
