We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Community Engagement Assistant 

Location: Maiduguri, Borno
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties

• Strengthen community participation in governance and decision-making.
• Facilitate dialogue sessions, town hall meetings, and community consultations.
• Engage with local authorities and traditional leaders to enhance accountability.
• Support the formation and capacity building of community structures.
• Advocate for community needs and rights in governance processes.
• Monitor and document community feedback on program activities.
• Support community mobilization and post-training follow-up.
• Conduct follow-up visits to assess practice adoption.
• Any other task assigned by your line manager

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree with 2 – 3 years of proven experience.

Language:

• fluency in English, Hausa(kanuri is an added advantage).
