We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA) Manager
Location: Nangere, Yobe

Job Description
- CVA (Cash and Voucher Assistance) Manager at LABDI is responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation of cash and voucher programs within the organization, particularly in humanitarian contexts.
- This role involves ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of cash-based aid to beneficiaries, aligning with LABDI’s goals and global commitments.
- The manager also plays a key role in coordinating with other stakeholders and promoting the use of CVA across different Nutrition sector within LABDI.
Responsibilities
Program Management:
- Overseeing the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of CVA programs, ensuring they are aligned with LABDI’s strategic objectives and humanitarian principles.
Coordination:
- Working closely with various LABDI departments, field offices, and external partners (including governments, NGOs, and other UN agencies) to ensure effective coordination and collaboration on CVA initiatives.
Technical Support:
- Providing technical guidance and support to LABDI staff and partners on all aspects of CVA, including targeting, delivery mechanisms, and monitoring and evaluation.
Capacity Building:
- Developing and implementing training programs to build the capacity of LABDI staff and partners in CVA programming.
- In essence, a CVA Manager at LABDI is a key player in ensuring that cash-based assistance is delivered effectively and efficiently to those who need it most, contributing to LABDI’s overall mission of supporting children and women in need

Salary
N850,000 Monthly.
