We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Programs Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • He/she is to anchor progrms design and implementation across the thematic areas of the foundation.

Qualifications

  • BSc/BA in Education, Development Studies, Arts or Social Sciences. Master’s Degree will be an advantage
  • Have at least three (3) years’ experience in a community focused NGO with strong bias for educational projects.
  • Have excellent working knowledge of programs design & development including the use of Monitoring & Evaluation tools
  • Strong communication and networking tools including use of MS Office
  • Ability to coordinate a team and work with minimal supervision.
