Job Summary

  • Create HerFuture Initiative is seeking an experienced and people-focused Head of HR / HR Director to build and lead our human resources function.

About the Role

  • The Head of HR will oversee recruitment, HR systems, policy development, compliance, and people management creating a strong, positive organizational culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of HR leadership experience
  • Expertise in recruitment, systems design, and people management
  • Strong knowledge of policy development and compliance.
