We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Operations (Outreach Lead & Internal Coordination)

Description

  • We are seeking an experienced Operations Lead to oversee the daily operational coordination of Ruebits, ensuring that internal teams, programs, events, and outreach initiatives are executed efficiently.
  • This leadership role serves as the operational backbone of the organization, coordinating internal volunteer teams while also managing logistics for community initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operational flow of Ruebits activities
  • Coordinate internal volunteer teams and ensure alignment across projects and initiatives
  • Lead operational planning for outreach initiatives including One Child One Bible
  • Supervise event logistics, program materials, and volunteer coordination
  • Maintain operational records, project timelines, and planning systems
  • Support leadership in implementing organizational strategy and program delivery
  • Ensure strong collaboration between program, communications, marketing, and partnership teams
  • Coordinate logistics for community outreach events, Clubhouse sessions, and learning initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Higher Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, Nonprofit Management, and Public Administration.

Preferred:

  • Project Management certification (PMP or PRINCE2)
  • Nonprofit leadership or program management training
  • Operations or organizational management training
  • Experience coordinating volunteer teams, community initiatives, or program logistics is highly desirable.
