We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Data Analyst (M&E Support)

Location: Utako, Abuja (with possible field/remote support as required)
Employment Type: Volunteer – Short-term Contract

Role Summary

  • The Data Analyst (M&E Support) will provide analytical and reporting support to WRAPA Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) systems.
  • The role will support data analysis, visualization, interpretation, and reporting to inform programme decision-making, learning, and donor reporting across ongoing projects. This position serves as a functional substitute for an M&E Analyst/Associate within a volunteer engagement framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support analysis of quantitative and qualitative programme data.
  • Clean, organize, and validate datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop basic dashboards, tables, charts, and summaries for internal and donor reporting.
  • Support outcome tracking, indicator analysis, and performance monitoring.
  • Work closely with the MEAL and Programme teams to project evaluation and reporting timelines.
  • Support learning documentation, case studies, and evidence generation.
  • Adhere to data protection, confidentiality, and safeguarding standards.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in data analysis, M&E, research, or related fields is a significant advantage.
  • Basic proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or similar platforms is required (knowledge of Power BI, SPSS, or other tools is an added advantage).
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
  • Commitment to WRAPA mission, values, and ethical standards.
