Ghali Humanitarian Aid Initiative (GHAI) is a humanitarian and development-focused organization committed to supporting vulnerable individuals and communities through relief, empowerment, and sustainable programs. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Description

  • The individual will oversee day-to-day program management responsibilities, ability to draft sponsorship proposal, coordinate sponsorship efforts, and ensure the effective implementation of the organization’s initiatives.
  • Tasks may include developing and managing programs, maintaining communication with sponsors and stakeholders, supporting mentorship and training projects, and contributing to the recruitment of beneficiaries.

Qualifications

  • Program Management and Program Development skills to design, implement, and oversee impactful initiatives.
  • Strong Project Management abilities to plan, execute, and monitor program activities efficiently.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with sponsors, stakeholders, and participants effectively.
  • High adaptability, organizational skills, and self-motivation to excel in a remote volunteer capacity.
  • Prior experience in non-profit or community-focused work is a plus.
  • A passion for women’s empowerment and social change is essential.
