Role Overview

Selected interns will support PPDC’s communications initiatives by contributing to:

  • Creation of compelling visual assets
  • Strategic media and public relations campaigns
  • Engaging written and digital content
  • Digital branding and social media strategy
  • Video production and multimedia storytelling
  • Community engagement narratives and impact documentation

Interns will gain practical exposure to communication strategies, digital branding, storytelling, and advocacy within a development-focused organization.

Requirements

Candidates should possess:

  • Relevant academic qualifications in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Graphic Design, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, Journalism, Political Science, Public Policy, or related fields
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinking ability and attention to detail
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in relevant tools such as:
    • Adobe Creative Suite
    • Canva
    • Video editing platforms
    • Social media management tools
  • Portfolio of previous work (where applicable)
  • Ability to work on-site in Abuja
  • Availability to start immediately (preferred)
